Tour to Rostock and Warnemuende

Rostock, the Hanseatic city with almost 800 years history, has preserved much of its old-school charm and has many sights including the seaside resort Warnemünde. The ambience of the town in the old part of which you can see typical brick buildings is strongly influenced by the sea. During the tour you get to know the St. Mary church, the most important of the city on a wall of which is hung an astronomical clock dating from 1472 and also you see the St. Peter church. Other than that you see the new market which is situated in the historic City Hall and the university dating from 1419. Several buildings of the city have outstanding gables dating from different periods: Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque. You give a stroll around the seaside resort of Warnemünde with its wide sandy beaches and boardwalks, fish market, small picturesque fishermen's houses, country’s fish restaurants, fishing boats and sailboats where you can feel the true spirit of sea.
