During this excursion we will visit all the most famous and impressive places in the center of Helsinki Senate Square, the University and Lutheran Cathedral - outstanding examples of neoclassical architecture of the 1840s; know the picturesque Market by the sea, the Kaivopuisto Park with the famous "platforms for washing carpets" and diplomatic residences; Monument to the great Marshall Mannerheim, the House of Parliament, Finland Hall designed by the famous Finnish architect Alvar Aalto; the Olympic Stadium with the monument to Paavo Nurmi and the Opera House with the monument to the great composer Jean Sibelius.
Optionalley after the tour you can stay at the city center and come back to the ship on your own by public transport or walking.
