Welcome to the land of the midnight sun! Thousands of travellers have called Norway the world’s most beautiful country, and after this tour you’ll be able to decide for yourself. Our representative will meet you at the port of Geiranger before beginning the tour.

You’ll encounter breathtaking places like Stryn, Flydalsjuvet and Mount Dalnisbba during the one-day excursion ending in the port of Geiranger. The bus ride will first pass through the valley and lake of Hornidal, which is the deepest lake in Europe with a depth of 514 meters. Next stop is Stryn village, a rustic Norwegian village seemingly untouched by the hand of time. The adjacent river is famous for salmon fishing.

The bus will then proceed up the mountain road of Strynefjell, constructed in 1894. This includes a brief stop to take photographs at the Tystigen ski station, which is a perfect place to stop and have something to eat (not included in the price of the tour).

Then comes the true highlight of the trip, the mountain of Dalsnibba. This majestic mountain has a peak of 1,500 meters and offers a stunning panorama view of fjords, barren mountain peaks and the surrounding highlands. You can also observe the Djupvasshytta glacier, the likes of which can only be found in Norway.

The excursion ends in Flydalgorge, the most photographed point in the country. As always, following the excursion your guide will escort you back to port so that you can embark for your next port of call, although we suspect that you may prefer to stay in Norway for a bit longer! We look forward to receiving you in port soon!
