Welcome to the exotic Canary Islands, the most remote and mysterious region of Spain lying in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of West Africa. Our five-hour guided tour will show you the sunny city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the largest city in the entire archipelago. Our representative will greet you in port, and the journey begins!

The tour starts with the Plaza de Santa Ana, the site of the façade of the city’s iconic two-towered cathedral. Next is the Museo de Colón, dedicated to the legendary Italian navigator who sailed under the Spanish flag and had a special connection to the island. The tour will stop in the central Market Hall, a great place to buy juicy local fruits and vegetables, as well as the Art Nouveau Quarter, a charming area where you’ll be given 45 minutes to breathe in the ambience and enjoy a coffee or refresh yourself with an ice cold drink.

The air conditioned bus will then commence a picturesque drive to the nearby Caldera de Bandama, the island’s largest volcanic crater. Ascending to the top of the mountain (elevation 569 meters), the panoramas of the city and east coast of the island are stunning. The tour ends of the Las Cateras beach, where the famous architect Tusquets built the “Alfredo Kraus” auditorium. Following the excursion you’ll be returned back to port.

The Canary Islands are a wonderful outpost of European culture in the African tropics, the perfect place to relax before moving on to other points in Europe. We hope that you’ll come and relax along with us!
