Trip to Brussels from Zeebrugge
Our tour bus will be waiting for you at the Zeebrugge port, from where we will travel to Brussels. We will then go on a sightseeing tour of Brussels with a local guide, which lasts approximately 3 hours. Brussels is the capital and largest city in Belgium, as well as the administrative headquarters of the European Union (EU). The most famous and commonly photographed attraction in Brussels is the Grand Place. With a number of legends told about it and small dimensions that mean it goes unnoticed by many travellers, the Manneken Pis has become a symbol for Brussels. We will also see the Atomium, which was designed as a symbol and originally constructed for the Universal Exhibition in Brussels in 1958. It's a huge atom, which stands at 102 metres tall and has since become one the most famous images associated with the Belgian capital. We will see the spectacular Palace of Justice, the Royal Palace, the Palais du Cinquantenaire, Brussels Cathedral, the National Basilica of the Sacred Heart and the Notre Dame du Sablon with its gothic style. You will enjoy a stroll through the Brussels Park, which was formerly a hunting ground used by kings and is today one of the favourite recreation spots for the city's residents.
