Day 1

Meet your guide in the port.

Our guide will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminal of Saint-Petersburg port with the sign "Classic Tours". Don't forget to have your international passport and a printed personal "Tour-Ticket" to pass the Russian border.

City Tour

You will see all the main attractions of St. Petersburg such as the Nevsky course, the Palace square, St. Isaac's Square, the tip of Vasilievsky Island, the Sphinxes, the Mariinsky theater, the Aurora cruiser, the Admiralty and others that are closely connected with the history of the city. During the excursion you will make several stops to take good pictures.

11.00 - 14.00

Hermitage museum visit

One of the largest museums in the world where more than 3 million works of art are exhibited, including paintings, sculptures, archaeological artifacts, jewelry collections. You will see the works of art of the famous Renaissance masters, the Impressionists and also the avant-gardists of the XX century.

Visit to Peter and Paul Fortress and Cathedral

The birthplace of the city of St. Petersburg where the first stone was laid by Peter the Great in 1717. You will visit the territory and the famous Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, with the tombs of the Russian tsars.

16.00 - 17.00

Visit to St.Isaak Cathedral or Savior on the Blood Church (one to your choice)

You will visit one of the two most important cathedrals in St. Petersburg. Cathedral of Saint Isaac, built in neoclassical style, with the golden dome clearly visible beyond the confines of the center. As an alternative you can visit the Church of the Saint Savior on Spilled Blood built at the site of the killing of the Russian emperor Alexander II. Inside you will see incredible mosaics, dedicated to biblical stories.

17.00 - 18.30

Water tour by boat along the rivers and canals of St.Petersbug.

St. Petersburg is called the Venice of the north for the number of rivers and canals that exist. It is essential to take this tour to admire the city from another perspective.

18.30 - 19.00Return to the ship or optional tours for extra charge-folkshow, russian ballet or free time for shopping, walking, restaurants.

09:00 - 10:00Drive to one of ex-imperial Russian suburb residences Pushkin (ex-Tsarskoye Selo).
10:00 - 11:30

Catherine Palace visit with the famous Amber room.

One of the most famous buildings around St. Petersburg, a "jewel" of Baroque architecture. Among its most prestigious rooms is "La Sala d’ambra", whose walls are covered with natural amber panels and gilded moldings.

12:00 - 13:00Transfer to other ex-imperial residence Peterhof.
13:00 - 14:00Free time for lunch in Peterhof.
14:00 - 16:00

Guided walking along the gardens and fountains of Peterhof.

You will take a walk through the fountains and gardens of Peterhof, often called "Russian Versailles". On the territory of the park surrounded by nature there are numerous palaces, more than 150 fountains and even 4 waterfalls decorated with golden statues.

16:00 - 17:00Return to the ship.
