Lindos is the most attractive town on the island of Rhodes, with its famous Acropolis (entrance to pay on site), traditional architecture and its typical village houses, its beautiful beach and the picturesque port of Agios Pavlos.

The Acropolis can be reached by walking and we will visit the Great Stoa, which has been restored as well as the Temple of Lindia Athina from the 4th century BC.

We will also visit the Ancient Theater and the remains of the Temple of Dionysus. The view from the Rock of the Acropolis is unique.

The town is attractive for its white houses with traditional decorations and patios paved with black and white stones. Many of these buildings, which date back to the 15th and 16th centuries, have been officially cataloged and protected as ancient monuments.

On the way back, we will take a panoramic walk where we will see Mount Smith (the upper Acropolis of ancient Rhodes). We will continue through the port of Mandraki, a place where according to tradition was the statue of the Colossus, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, a huge copper statue representing the Sun King holding a lit torch.

Arriving at the entrance of the old town of Rhodes, we will start the walk around the beautiful alleys and discover the palace of the great masters, administrative center and Acropolis of the Knights (entrance optional not guided). Our walk will continue until the old museum of Rhodes (optional tour not guided) where the guide will leave the group.

Free time to continue the visit, know the gastronomy , stores or tourist sites.
