Dalyan & Caunos

Our Excursions guide will meet you at the Port of Marmaris where we board an air conditioned coach to take a guided tour of Dalyan and Caunos.

Meet up with your local guide at the Port of Marmaris on a journey southwards, towards the resort town of Dalyan.
Here you will board your kayik (a local wooden boat with diesel motor) and travel to Caunos, an ancient site on the waters of the lake of Dalyan.
Dock at the pier of ancient Caunos and disembark for a tour of the fascinating Hellenistic settlement that lies there.
Explore the very well - preserved theater, as well as the impressive Byzantine Basilica. After your tour of Caunos, return to your kayik for the ride back to Dalyan.We will then return to the Port of Marmaris so you can re-join your ship for onward passage to your next port of call.
