Pick up by our guide at the port of Hvar.

Today we will discover the relaxed island life and its beautiful architecture: from the Renaissance cathedral, the 16th century town well, the Arsenal with its striking gateway and the town quay, where sailboats and fishing boats sway in the evening breeze.

We will go to the Cathedral and its elegant 17th century bell tower. It is one of three bell towers that rise above the many rooftops to mark the source of much of Hvar's magic: the sun and the boundless blue skies.

Next, the guide will lead us to the main square to visit St. Stephen's Cathedral, its treasury and bell tower with its distinctive mark of Venetian rule.

The next stop on our route is the Arsenal, an imposing building built in 1611. Inside we will find the oldest community theater in Europe, founded in 1612.

Through narrow streets we will head to the 15th century Franciscan monastery, where we will visit the impressive Renaissance cloister, the old refectory that today houses a collection of lace, manuscripts and books and the church with its remarkable collection of paintings.

We will return to the port for farewell or we can continue walking around the city on our own.
